I feel like i was raised in and then through a lot of years of a practice all four of those wrong ways to do it. I lean towards passive, passive, aggressive, or on like you mention, like, if i want to eat my lunch and watch my t v show, i'm not going to say that. But i've learned the heart way that people do not see what i see because they don't have my eyes. And so it is our job to let people know how to show up in relationship.
