Adjuvant Therapy for Optimizing Disease Status

I believe that it's really only a minority of patients in this large cohort from the National Cancer Database who ended up getting adjuvant therapy even if it does show a benefit. Now I would also imagine some of these are older patients with many comorbidities and of course having all undergone recent surgery. Can you speak to how common it is to be able to deliver the adjuvant treatment for optimizing disease status?
