I think one thing that you can't deny is the idea of cold IPA as a thing, as a brand. It's really good. Like it sounds good. And I want to drink about 10 of those to every one India pale lager that somebody might put on a menu that cold IPA just sounds better. But so much has changed from when those were out and failed and went away for a reason. If you're bringing them back, why would you call it that same old name that stopped working? Why wouldn't you want to put a new spin on it?
