I'm Your Manager. Read Who Move My Cheese?

If you're the leader of an organization, and you feel i could be helpful to your group. I think if everybody understood that, you'd be a lot better off than if they've read who move my cheese? But i understand also that that's a much bigger time investment also. Now, what would be interesting would be to see if anybody has taken that approach what the results actually were.
