Economic Difficulties and Retail Thefts

This chapter discusses the economic difficulties faced by the people of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and the increase in retail thefts in the Los Angeles area. Law enforcement agencies have formed a task force to crackdown on these thefts and address the issue.
