The Importance of Interaction in Group Coaching
Group coaching is not a step down from one-to-one and i don't agree with it at all. I think having run so many groups i can see that people actually get more from the group in many ways like you have that extra support. Sometimes seeing your peers do something opens up like your own sort of glass ceiling and makes you realize i can do that. We're really lucky with because we get a lot of returners so i'd say 60% stay on that means that they set the social norms for the next group. People aren't negative in the group ever we never really get any negativity because no one i've seen it and people follow social norms. It runs itself
