How Much Labor Rationing Exists?

Labor market lack is a basic measure of how healthy the economy is. When an economy works well, there shouldn't be a lot of rationing. Knowing that rationay exists matters, because then we would want to think about policies to fix the problem. But even if we did that, i think there's this challenge that we just don't know how reliable it is. And so up until now, we just have never known whether these kinds of survey questions are reliable or not.
