i'm a firm believer in going end to end early and having a scaffold of an end to end process that you can then make more sophisticated overtime. This is a bit of a crude analogy because it kind of came from a ou kno the war time. So what does a low fidelity ento nd process look like, where in many cases you man actually have operations substituting for data science? And how do we price a home at front? How do we think about re-selling a house? i really like that analogy when thinking about building businesses and building business capabilities. I learned it from a book called the pragmatic programmer - one of the best books about softer engineering.
