The Importance of Administrative Reports in a Meeting

Sam Amadi was commenting to me about how in many churches, it's just like people don't care about that stuff. And so very practically you decided to move all of that to the beginning of the meeting. Explain that? That's your shift into a separate topic. Now you're talking about what do we do in order in the meeting? I'm sorry. I'm on a tangent. You just want to be clear to everybody. Yeah. After some time we put that at the start of the meeting so that people need to leave because of kids, they can be there for the most important stuff.
