I've been very conscientious about when you go into an existing team how do you be a good guest in that environment or how do you start that off. We have a profound respect for our clients because all of them are product development teams, digital products and they are making money. I really as an entrepreneur the only business that I have been able to make work is a consultancy but not the product development. So if they are there and they have a horrible code or difficult time with their culture or whatever it's all respect we feel for them.
