Hendrix translates where equilibrium here is tranquility, which seems to have a glassy lake. Equilibrium might be trying to suggest that it's not a complete evacuation of desire. It's more like the right amount and counterbalanced, right? So maybe that's what he's trying to do. If we're imagining it's clear and one can see heaven, one reflects heaven, it's because one is not creating objects. That's not using words and one is desireless.
