The Difference Between a Washing Machine and a Refrigerator
The difference between a washing machine and a refrigerator is big so the big thing we spotted with user research is their their conversion rates for washing machines were far higher than refrigerators. We found that with AOE people you know wanted videos of what the fridge looked like I want to know what it how it opened how it closed but they don't go wrong in quite the same way as washing machines. It kind of led me forward to thinking about these two types of e-commerce journey which are kind of considered and non-considered purchases and non-Considered purchases are washing machines even though the same cost as a refrigerator. You have to end up designing the product experience or the product purchasing experience
