Prescriptive Processes in the Company Environment
Culture is not af both set of beliefs. It's a set of actions. And one of my theories about coolade is you can actually get quite prescriptive about culture by just prescribing the ways that things can get done. Is there a attanable example that comes to mine? I think maybe one straightforward example could be a launch review. What are the set of kind of chequs that someone might need to go through before a blog post gets published or a product goes alive? If you can prescribe them m it does sort of lead you to start prescribing what the culture wants from you.
