Alexa thymia was developed in 1972 as a concept by a person called sythnios and it's actually rooted in the Greek word, meaning no words for emotions. There's a cognitive component and an emotional component in the way that people recognize and communicate emotional states. It's important to remember that with something like alexa Thymia or with introception is on a spectrum. So there's going to be people in the population that experience high levels of alexaThymia and experienced people who experience lower levels of A-Levels.
