An hour is not enough time for most deep work activities because it takes 20 minutes to get loaded up. Your brain says we got to keep grinding on this until these things click and we get that relief of okay, good. We're at a stopping point. This makes sense. That's very uneasy. So when the hour passed, my pieces weren't fitting. My brain was revolting and I had to keep writing. Eventually I had to write just and say, look, I'm running late. I'll be honest with you. To a reminder that an hour is notenough time for mostDeep Work Activities.
