Alexander osterwalder came out with what was called the business model canvas, that we had the third piece of what became lean. You're supposed to break down all these hypotheses on day one and go validate them. How ar you get customer relationships? At least for start ups, thus defined as, how do you get customers, keep them and eventually grow them? And then channel. Is it an apt store, s af direct sales? Is through multi level distribution? What's the revenue model and then pricing tactic underneath? Then what are the strategic activities that your company needs to be expert on? It is more of a gorilla warfare, long term play, than shore term play
