I grew up on the west side. I carried two bags of equipment from the west side around to the used to be a railway bridge which is long gone. The CPR was on the east side and it was really something to see how many athletes have come out of Victoria School. They were really good. And we had good ball teams. We had good lacrosse teams and we had good hockey teams. That's half the battle.
