Is There a Difference Between a Director and a Board Member?

i hate to see boards that are all independent a directors, probably. My preference would be for someone who is am honestly, some one who's rich because that way they're not counting on being paid um for high director pies. I cauld amust get the soap box out for this, because thiy alwas talk about this, how, like, get through the 18 hundred s, you know, cardegie rockefeller, you know j p morgan, right?
