How to Hard Fork a Roll Up?
Sovereign roll up chains can change protocol rules without changing the entire chain. A good example is the DAO hack, when people invested $150 million into a project and then it got hacked. The hard fork basically said at certain heights, we're going to move all the stolen funds into this new contract. And so I think roll ups or roll up chains should have same power to do the same thing.
