The Federalization of Campaign Tactics

I was checking out groceries or having them checked out at the local Safeway yesterday. I got into a conversation with the man behind the counter and he was pretty upset about all the people that he knows that are going to be evicted shortly as the CDC eviction hold expires. And he wasn't expecting help. He was thinking the federal government bailed out rich people when the coronavirus hit and that that is what they care about. Well, it would probably turn out that we talked about really did have an effect and there's no doubt about that.
