The Reversal of the Church

The gospel of Jesus gave value and meaning to people who in the ancient world did not have any. Three-fourths of the early church was composed of women and slaves. The earliest Christians are the first known people in history who saw their role as being to save the exposed children. This thing, whatever it was, ultimately brought the Roman Empire down. It is the most powerful movement in human history that has changed more people than anything else.
