Relationships - Is Conflict Necessary?
I feel like conflict is necessary and inevitable, but it's the way in which you approach conflict. If we don't have something like a radar, some kind of check in, or if we're both avoidant of hard relationship conversations, that can lead to conflict. But on the other hand, I think just relying on conflict to be the engine that drives change in your relationship can be leaving a lot up to chance.
