A repeat violator, shed hunt violator punished. He was ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution and subject to a five year worldwide ban on hunting. The Lacey Act means that if you break a game law, like let's say you're in Michigan and you poach a deer. You also violated federal law because you committed a wildlife violation across state lines.
