Why Steaks Don't Cook in Hot Days

The way our body loses most of its heat in a normal environment is evaporation. The sweat evaporates, which takes heat energy off of our system to cause the water to go into the vapor phase. Some people's sweat is more efficient than others and that's where acclimatization comes from. If you're massily over weight, you'll sweat more because your body's used to running at a higher temperature. And then certainly convections o wind blowing across you, that can help with reducing some of the heat of your body as well.
