Are You a Better Listener?

The listening side of communication is te sort of weaker muscle maybe. If somebody's speaking and i feel that it's important then i make a good impression, but if i'm not confident in my ability to listen you'll have nothing to say. The podcast game is really fun, cause you can tell immediately if somebody was not listening,. cause they were probably formulating an idea. But the person will shift left on the last moment, and then the name changes, and then they don't know what to say. And so they they'll start talking about something that has nothing to do with it. It just keeps going like that. Unso almost like an improvgam you have to jump in
