The Benefits of Heavy Weightlifting Sessions

Heavy weightlifting sessions can result in systemic inflammation throughout the body. Anything you ingest at this time might make its way into the bloodstream. There's degrees of intestinal permeability. It's not necessarily right after a hard workout because that inflammation, to be honest with you, is going to last for three, four hours up to maybe 36 hours after your workout. You'd be just as likely to get that type of stress from my hit workout than heavy weightlifting.
