There's an oped in the courier mail to day about affect ly yet advancing this argument that the recent disasters, and they're talking about covert as well, but they show that government needs to fuck and but out. But there is also an argument, like, those same people would be the ones that argue that socialism or communism is impossible because everyone's just out for themselves. People actually get something out of helping each other. And they will help each other if they can and as much as they can. The thing is that we are forced to rely on, occasionally, government, but you know, increasingly, private responses.
