i'd like to talk a lot about strength training, mainly because you don't need to do a lot of it get a lot of these effects and benefits. The best i got was two or three days a week out of people. It just, i couldn't turn the average person into a fitness fanatic. N it took me five years to figure that out. But mike, ok, missus johnson is not going to be a personal trainer like i am. Isn't going to live in the gym. And it was strengh training by far. Nothing came close to it.
