My iron boarder showed that I bought a bottle of jarrow biotin 5 milligrams 100 capsules on November 4, 2019. Then purchased life extension biotin 600 micrograms on December 13, 2020. So at minimum, I loaded biotin at 5 milligram per day for 100 days and then occasionally use 600 microgramS per day intermittently over the course of two years until Lent in 2022. And now, a fatty acid oxidation problem. One thing that the acyl-carnitine profile made abundantly clear is that I had an entirely different problem with fatty acid oxidation that not occurred to me at all until I ran the test.
