Can Trump Really Campaign to Be President From Jail?
Political action committees are meant to use the money for political actions and not coordinate with the candidate. Are they allowed to use it to pay off the candidate's legal bills? Well, maybe they are, maybe they're not. And frankly, I don't think we're going to discover in this election cycle, it's one of these massive kind of gray areas. There are so many other more serious legal cases than Donald Trump faces that probably won't be the time for it.
