The Cost of Drugs
Because of stringent FDA testing it takes what at least a hundred million dollars to bring a new market drug. And if there's a drug that'll expand someone's life span by one year in order to recoup that cost you have to charge a lot for that drug. I really think that this over regulation making things too expensive to have small margins is going to be a major problem.
