How to Build a Loss Making Business?
If you're running the brand from your kitchen, they won't buy you. I would much rather be a founder that owns a loss making business that someone views as valuable. It's worth 100 million. Then be the founder that is showing off by a state of cent net margins but it makes three into round a year and it's never going to make more than that. And if you start, it's starting at the end, which my plan with this brand is to build it and sell it. Right now I would sack the brands because obviously the agency funded all the brands. Agencies are cash load businesses on there.
