The Ludwig Center for Metastasis Research's Classifier for Transcriptomic Data

We would love to bring this discovery to patients. And the way we've designed our classifier is one that can be applied to diverse sequencing platforms. Our goal ultimately in the future will be to get a test to patients so that we can eventually integrate this with standard clinical approaches and potentially use this as a framework for designing future studies.
