How to Find and Enable People to Apply

How are you finding people and how do you see that changing? So really, so one other skill up was relatively low. We had our first advert, we had over a thousand people apply very quickly. But it's about confidence to your point. One of the people I know my last company were a little while ago said they're not sure they could qualify. How do we find this and enable that?
