I've seen so many people of color and women who just stagnated a company because they can't get past whatever level they're at. And that's what triggers leaky bucket. One way to keep them is to promote them. So get them in the door and then keep them there by supporting them. I am going to open it up for questions. Some questions to ask for this awesome panel.
