Of the ways it will do that is by introducing carbon border taxes, essentially a tax on goods depending on how carbon was used to make them or how green they are. Doctor elumide ambenbola is the executive director of the africa policy research institute in Berlin. He says there's a fear that e u. Greendeal could restrict goods from africa.
