Mining should resume and go, says Ra tomen. But for this to happen, they have to now have a transparent auctioning process. The state government plans to create fresh auctions for all the mining leases. And if some of the incumbered leaseholders do not win in the next round of auctioning, i'm sure there will be fresh cases to be dealt with.
