Is Intermittent Fasting Really Helping People?
Intermittent fasting is a way of extending out those borders and broadening out, widening out that fasting window. A lot of people don't know at all at this point what it feels like to be hungry or thirsty. I think intermitt fasting is really good for finding out where and what your level of best energy is like. For me, personally, i don't eat before about one o'clock every day, and i find i have such great energy.
