I wondered if you were like many on the show, unexpected leaders first and only many rooms that you did not necessarily want to be seen as your racial identity. And I think for me, part of that was twofold. One is being comfortable with the role that I wanted to play and kind of promoting racial equity,. But also being comfortable that there is no one way to do it. Everyone has to do a little bit of soul searching to find out how they fit into the big puzzle of what we need to do to affect change.
