The Importance of Passion

When we were around 25, one of my employees yeah told me, oh, you're too large for a kind of niche consultancy company. So beyond 10, I never I stopped keeping track on how many we were because I think it was just a number at the end of the day. And what as to where we are today is passion. It's a passion for what we do. It's the belief that we're working with a superior technology which for certain problems is the right tool for the job. Yeah, I think we've done a lot of mistakes along the way. But I think a lot of these mistakes have been addressed and fixed.
