What if We Equalized This Done Ritual?

i believe we relate to jewish rituals that either don't exist yet or have disappeared in the past, through strict scrutiny. And i would push us on both sides of that equation. We're actually not just going to assume that they are the best way to get at a particular engl. Would i say that this is the best or the only way to do that? No, i wouldn't. Even people who defend circumcision, i think they're not defending based on the terms of strict scrutiny. They're just looking for a sort of a rational basis. So i wanted to close with that as as a broadening kind of question that we could all sit with. But thank you so
