Discentralization in the Context of a Dooah

I think that all of those things have to be resolved if there isn't clear, clear, explicit consensus about what the next steps are. What's the mechanism for resolving disputes in in the context of a dooah? Right now it is, it is voting with your tokens. You know, ti total discentralization is, i would say, not just hard, but i have not seen it really exist in practice. It's not like the, you know, sparrows suddenly appearing to co ordinate magically and then everything working out in ways that science still doesn't fully understand.
