The All Male Priesthood and Theistic Evolution

Infallibility kicks in when an idea is not only universally agreed upon, but universally agreed upon that the thing should be defined infallibly. Does the all male priesthood fit this criteria? You're right that the idea that something has always been taught is not sufficient for infallibility. It seems to me that the better distinctions between evolution and atheistic evolution can be confusing just because something involves natural processes or even random chance.
