Building a Reputation in a New Company

i think that is a really vital thing to focus on in your first week or month in a new company as well. You also mentioned, you know, spending a lot of time talking to your manager. And i think something i struggled with a little bit, especially after having been at my job prior for four years. I felt like i'd been there long enough to have a bit of a reputation internally. But then to join a new company, all that kind of goes away, and you have to sort of build that back.
