Small organizations can get away with the thing you just described, right? So six people, 11 people, whatever it is, it's us against the world. Job titles are ignored or free form. Everybody bails in. Everybody helps. And that's why startups can sometimes succeed in ways that big companies can't because they have a mission and they're truly aligned. Bigger companies run more slowly. But on the other hand, they have a lot of advantages and money coming in to help them out.
