How to Navigate Disagreement

The monologue tirade from one intellect all about another is a real turn-off. My appeal is for perhaps just a little more good humid courtesy to be shown when some disagreement arises. We have to expect that people are fallible No matter how famous or wealthy they are and error is the natural state of things in the world. The rest of culture shouldn't it be an example of how to navigate disagreement if the ladies and gentlemen cannot show well, let's say some class?
