The Texans had an over under a 5.6 wins pre-draft, but that's gone up to 6.3. That puts Houston as the third highest upward movement of any team except Baltimore and Atlanta. There is optimism for Houston because they traded their number one last over for next year. If you got a mal content or at least what you perceive to be a mal content in the locker room, you got to get rid of that guy.
