But the problem would be that if you started funding all these things, you can to run out of people who wer like, qualified,. capable of taking on these kinds of rolls. And that's maybe when your kind of talent scouting stuff becomes highly, highly relevant. That conceivably, in coming decades, if a lot of people really get on board with this agenda, then it's not goingto be limited by funding. It's going to be, at a global scale, limited by talent.
