NAPOF was founded 25 years ago by a group of Asian American women after the Beijing United Nations Conference on Women. They came back from that conference feeling like they went as part of the US delegation, yet Americans didn't see them as Americans. Mila and Sanghyan discuss life under the broad Asian American label, the myth of the model minority, anti-Asian hate and stereotypes.
