The Last Initiator of Dionysus
There is no dionysian religious tradition. And so our knowledge of it comes strictly from books. We do not ally have a direct experience with the dionysan religion, i'll put it like that. Heis creating an image of dionysus which is coming out of the raw material of himself. Is in some sense, a reflection of himself, some qualities in himself that he's wished to spiritualize. Maybe even making that statement gets a little too much into materialism and psychologizing again,. I don't want to do too much a and part of that, again, cause i think a lot of those points are rather obvious.
